This end-grain cutting board measures 17.5″ wide x 15″ deep x 1.25” thick, not including the 1/2 inch rubber feet.  It is made from a wonderfully pinkish/purplish Bubinga (Equatorial Africa) and North American Ash (looks like mortar in a brick wall) in a striking brick pattern.  It features rubber feet and carved in handles underneath and juice groves on the top.  It is finished with several coats of Mineral Oil and Clark’s Butcher Block cutting board wax.

It is made in an end-grain fashion, which means the fibers of the wood are what make up the face of the board.  This enables it to self-heal from most knife marks.  It is recommended that you condition the board occasionally with your favorite food-grade oil and wax solution to keep it soft and unblemished.

Please just rinse and wipe off to clean, do not place in a dishwasher.  Video below!
