This is a Charcuterie Board made from Canarywood (South America) and Padauk (West Africa).  The single spacers are Hard Maple (North America). It is 16″ long x 8.5″ wide x about 1″ tall (including the rubber feet). It has integrated handles and is finished in clear mineral oil, making it completely food safe.

It is fully cured and is food-safe and features non-marking rubber feet to prevent slippage, and to promote air circulation. It is not a cutting board, chopping or slicing on it will show knife marks, so please don’t do that!

To clean, wipe and rinse…please do not immerse in water or place in a dishwasher.
